Shared classes and the coffee experience: free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Private classes: the terms shown at checkout, or in your written offer.

Cancel from your ticket email or by message. Full refund to the original payment method. Inside 24 hours: no refund.
- Coffee experienceFree up to 24 hours before
Same rule. Inside 24 hours: no refund. Moving to another date is free if you ask before the cut-off.
- Private classThe terms shown before you pay
Booked online: the cancellation terms shown at checkout apply. Custom offer: your written offer states the cancellation terms before you pay.
How to cancel
Use the link in your ticket email, or message us at bookings@sideroutes.com with your booking number. The time we receive the message counts.
No-shows and late arrivals
No refund for no-shows. Late arrivals join at the current step.
If we cancel
Full refund or a free new date, your choice. We tell you as early as we can, by email.
Bookings through other sites
If you booked on GetYourGuide, Viator, Airbnb or another platform, their policy and their refund process apply. Cancel there.
