How we handle your data.

• Booking details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, number of guests, date and time, notes you add such as allergies.
• Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers.
• Custom offer requests: occasion, preferred dates, group size, your contact details and notes.
• Website use: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, measured with Google Analytics cookies.

• To confirm, change or cancel your booking and send your ticket.
• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To send reminders and practical information before your class.
• To ask for a review after your visit.
• To measure how our website and advertising are used (Google Analytics).
• To meet legal and accounting duties.

Contract, for your booking. Legitimate interest, for replies, reminders and fraud prevention. Consent, for marketing emails you opt into. Legal obligation, for invoices and tax records.

We do not sell personal data.

Booking records: as long as Italian tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings: only as long as we need to answer and follow up. Analytics: per Google Analytics' retention settings.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or object. Email bookings@sideroutes.com. You can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante) or your local authority.
