Not a demo. You cook.

Most Rome “cooking classes” are a chef cooking while you watch. Here you roll, cut, shape and layer everything yourself, then sit down to eat it.

  • Hands-on from the first minute

Gnocchi from scratch, shaped by hand. Tiramisu built layer by layer. You leave knowing how to make both at home.

  • Max 10 people

Small enough that the host sees your hands, corrects your dough and answers every question.

  • A real café, open since 1923

Not a rented tourist kitchen. A family-run Roman café and roastery, ten minutes from Villa Borghese.

  • Wine with your meal

The class ends at the table. Your gnocchi, your tiramisu, a glass of wine, nobody rushing you out.
