Who you are booking with
Your contract is with Tourbit Ltd, trading as SideRoutes. Bookings are managed in Bokun and card payments are processed by Stripe.
Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed when you receive the ticket by email.
- Prices are in euro and include VAT.
- A small booking fee is added to every online booking. It is shown as its own line at checkout, before you pay.
- Private dates booked online are confirmed like any other booking. Custom offers are confirmed when you accept the written offer and pay as stated in the offer.
Cancellation and changes
See our cancellation policy. In short: free cancellation up to 24 hours before a shared class. Private dates booked online: the cancellation terms shown at checkout apply. Custom offers: as stated in your written offer.
What we provide
The experience as described on the product page: duration, menu, drinks, group size and meeting point. Minor changes to the menu may happen for seasonal or supply reasons.
What you agree to
- Arrive on time. Late arrivals join at the current step; no refund for missed time.
- Tell us about allergies and dietary needs at booking. We pass them to the venue but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
- Children must be with an adult.
- Alcohol is served to guests of legal age only.
- Behave with respect for the venue, staff and other guests. We may end a class without refund if that fails.
If we cancel
If we cancel for reasons on our side, you get a full refund or a free move to another date, your choice. We are not liable for costs beyond the booking price.
Liability
We take reasonable care. We are not liable for loss or injury caused by your own actions, or for events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you.
Photos
Your host may take a group photo for you. We only use guest photos in marketing with your written consent.
Law
Italian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Rome, without affecting consumer rights in your home country.
